Refund policy

Our elastic watch bands are handmade and custom-made to order, which means each one is crafted specifically for you. Because of this, a $7.00 USD restocking fee applies to any returned or exchanged elastic watch bands. These bands are not eligible for resale or reuse.

That said, we stand 100% behind the quality of our products. If there's any issue with the production of your band, we're committed to making it right.

Please note: This restocking fee does not apply to non-customized products like our nylon sport loop or silicone bands.
