We make every band custom to you and can easily accommodate any size.
If you need a band that is smaller than 5.25", please complete your order with the smallest size selected and reply to your confirmation email (from info@elasticwatchbands.com) with your order number and indicate your special size.
If your size is greater than 8.5”, please purchase your desired watch band listing and add our XL Size Band Adjustment Listing before checking out. Please contact us if you have any issues and we'll be happy to help!
We 100% stand behind our elastic watch bands and we are committed to fixing any issues that may have happened in the production of your band. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our elastic watch bands are custom, handmade items, therefore, we have a $7.00 USD restocking fee for any elastic watch bands returned or exchanged. Our elastic bands are made-to-order and we cannot resell or reuse these items.
Non-customized products, such as our nylon sport loop or silicone bands, are not subject to this fee.

We create, package and ship most orders out within 1-2 days and can sometimes take up to 4 business days to create your band due solely to the number of orders that we're working at the time.

If your package is lost in a "transit" status, we will be happy to work with you to coordinate a free replacement. If your package shows as "delivered", but you still have not received it, we highly encourage you to work with USPS to understand if the delivery was made to an adjacent address. In those situations, we would be happy to work with you to provide a replacement at a reduced rate.
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we cannot replace at our expense.
