⏳ How Long Does It Take to Ship My Order?

Our handmade elastic bands typically take 1-4 business days to produce before shipping. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days; however, during busy periods, production may take up to 4 business days due to high order volume.

We’ll update processing times during peak seasons to keep you informed, so please check the product listing for the most accurate estimate.

📏 What If My Band Doesn’t Fit?

We use a measurement system designed to ensure a perfect fit based on the wrist size you provide. Therefore, we kindly ask all customers to triple-check their measurements before placing an order.

If Your Band Doesn’t Fit:

  • Please send us a photo of a flexible tape measure wrapped around your wrist.

  • If your new measurement matches the size you originally requested, we’ll provide one free resizing — no problem!

If There Was a Mistake in Your Order:

If the incorrect size was provided at checkout, don’t worry! You can purchase our Elastic Band Resizing service from our shop, and we’ll gladly take care of the adjustment for you.

🔧 Resizing Policy

Need a better fit? We’re happy to help!

Because resizing a band requires additional labor and sometimes extra materials (especially when increasing the size), we charge a flat $7 resizing fee. You can find this option in our shop by searching for “Elastic Band Resizing.”

How It Works:

  1. Purchase the resizing listing from our shop.

  2. After your purchase, you’ll receive a PDF via email with detailed instructions on how to mail your band back to us for correction.

  3. Follow the instructions and send your band back as directed.

Once we receive your band, we’ll adjust it to your new wrist size and return it to you as quickly as possible.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery. After this window, all sales are considered final.

Custom Elastic Watch Bands:

Because each elastic watch band is custom-made to order, a $7.00 USD restocking fee applies to any returns or exchanges. Even if unworn, returned bands cannot be resold, as we’re committed to providing every customer with a brand-new, custom product.

This fee helps us continue offering high-quality handmade bands along with free First Class shipping and tracking on every order.
